The Godfather actor Al Pacino owns many properties in the area of Palisades in New York, but in 2013 he disposed off two of them, with one being a guest house attached to his main residence. The 4,340 square foot detached guest house is bang next door to his home and comes with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, apart from amazing panoramic views of the Hudson River below. Initially asking for almost $4.5 million, he finally sold this property to music producers and songwriters Sabelle and Curt Frasca for $3.3 million. Not a bad price if you get to live next door to Al, right?
