The Motown diva owns a massive $7.3 million mansion in Greenwich called Quarry Farm. Although the town values the 12,562-square-foot residence at $14.4 million, Ross says that is it nothing spectacular! She, with the help of her lawyers, wants the town to lower their valuation of her 11 bedroom, 6 bathroom, and 5 fireplace house, by lowering their grading of its interiors. The singer has owned the property for 30 years and had previously listed it for $39.5 million, but then changed her mind and rented it out instead. She also owns the 4 acres of waterfront land that sits next to her home, but is currently lying vacant.
