Henry Winkler, 73 years old, Brentwood, ~ $2.9 million

Beloved actor Henry Winkler has had quite a career, appearing in many TV shows and movies.  But to many fans, he will forever be greaser Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli from the TV show Happy Days.  Not many know that aside from acting, Winkler is also a published author of children’s books.  The actor wrote a series of children’s books about a 4th grade boy named Hank Zipzer, who suffers from dyslexia.  Winkler suffered from the disease as a child and it was the worst part of his earlier years.  Winkler’s favorite place in his Brentwood home is his private office that he calls his bolthole, where probably wrote all his books.  The actor bought the home back in 1992, and it’s where he and his wife Stacey have raised their family.
