Loni Anderson, 72 years old – Sherman Oaks, ~$2.299 million
Loni Anderson was quite the ubiquitous actress in the 70s and 80s, even winning multiple Golden Globes and Emmy awards for her role in the hit sitcom, WKRP in Cincinnati. These days, however, Loni has definitely been staying out of the limelight. She is known to be a long-time resident of Los Angeles and had lived in Sherman Oaks for a time in a luxury 5-bedroom house with a spa and a saltwater pool. The property is safely surrounded by massive oak trees, which, no doubt, was part of the reason why Loni parted with $1.9 million from her bank account in order to buy it in 2007. She has since sold it for $2.299 million, so no doubt her financial advisor approves of such a profit.
