Lauren Sanchez – Partner of Jeff Bezos, $139.8 billion
When billionaire Jeff Bezos announced that he and his wife of 25 years, Mackenzie, had decided to get a divorce, people didn’t really know the reason behind their decision. After all, Bezos’ announcement states that he and his would-be ex-wife will remained friends. Yet, the National Enquirer released news about the new woman in Bezos’ life, who, as they point out, may have caused the divorce. The lady in question is former TV news anchor, Lauren Sanchez. Sanchez, who used to also hosts Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, is married but also getting divorced from her husband, co-CEO of WME, Patrick Whitesell. Bezos’ camp doesn’t deny the relationship which is reported to have been on-going for several months, but some sources close to Bezos do claim that he had long been separated from his wife when he started seeing Sanchez.
