One of which is apartment 11-A at a Harlem building located on Frederick Douglass Boulevard. Lemon bought the apartment back in 2014 for $867,780, but he’s selling it for $969,000. The 859 square-foot home has one bedroom and one bathroom – perfect for couples who have newly moved in together or those who are starting a new family.
