Kiss From a Rose singer Seal splurged on a $6-million home in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles following his divorce from supermodel Heidi Klum. They apparently had signed a ‘post-nuptial’ agreement which meant that they kept their assets separate. With his new house, Seal took the term “bachelor pad” to an entirely new level as the three-storey manse features 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a media room, and a gym. Not only that, it is reportedly fully solar-powered, making it an obvious choice for the environmentally conscious singer.
