We first became aware of celeb baker John Whaite when he won the third season on the UK reality show, The Great British Bake Off. He returned to reality TV in 2021, when he participated in the show Strictly Come Dancing in the show’s first all-male partnership.
John is happily engaged to partner Paul Atkins, who is a graphic designer. They have been together since their first meeting in 2008, after connecting over Facebook. Meanwhile, John shot to fame after the show, and they got engaged in 2017. There has been no marriage announcement so far.
