Celebrity Homes Affected by California Wildfires
Guillermo del Toro – Thousand Oaks
Famed Guillermo del Toro, who is behind movies like Pan’s Labyrinth, Shape of Water, and Crimson Peak, to name just a few, is Hollywood’s undisputed king of horror. In fact, he literally lives and breathes ‘horror’ right in his house, the famous Bleak House in which he keeps his massive collection of horror memorabilia. The collection is so famous, in fact, that it even recently went on tour of the US. Unfortunately, it was right in the path of the wildfire, which the director feared would destroy the collection. Thankfully, he later confirmed that the house only suffered smoke damage, which is fortunate as no amount of home insurance could possibly replace such a priceless collection.
