Brooke may be a former model and actress (remember Blue Lagoon?), but she’s also a serial property investor and has multiple properties around the country. This particular one that she put on rent, was bought by her in 1997 for $3.25 million. One of our favorite features on the property is the swimming pool with waterfall and the attached lounging deck, that is perfect to spend a lazy sunny afternoon on.
