Jamie Kennedy does not have much of a career these days, so it’s a good thing that he cashed out at the height of his fame and invested in this single-storey ranch estate with 2,342 square feet of interior space. The fully remodelled, double-gated home’s glassy facade is flanked by an expansive backyard with a swimming pool and other water features, fire pits, an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, a pool cabana, a koi pond, and an elevated spa. Inside, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Unfortunately, the comedian seems to have fallen on hard times as he is now selling the estate for only $1.9 million, a good quarter million less than what he bought it for. All that money lost!
