Mel Gibson: ~ $17.5 Million, Malibu
According to all the buzz from real estate agents in the Malibu area, Oscar award winning actor and director Mel Gibson has once again listed his $17.5 million home in California, after having tried for some years to sell it off. The 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom home, which occupies a total of 6,500 square feet of living space was purchased by Mel in 2008 from it’s last owner, X-Files actor David Duchovny, who felt that the property’s pool was small and hence installed another huge lap pool in the backyard. Sure, everything on the 6 acre plot and inside the main residence is beautiful, but what is more impressive is the uninterrupted view of the azure ocean below.
