After trying very hard for almost 2 years to sell off his 5,328-acre ranch, that sits very close to Santa Fe, in New Mexico, Batman actor Val Kilmer finally sold it off to an oil baron for $18.5 million, way back in 2011. He had, just a few years earlier, turned it into a bed and breakfast, which gave his fans an opportunity to live on this beautiful property which boasts of hiking trails stretching nearly 50 miles and it even has 10 natural springs. The guests stayed in the 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom main home that offered 11,573 square feet of living area. Any guest who loved the outdoors would have preferred it over some hotel, for sure!
