Actor Alan Alda, of M*A*S*H fame and his better half, Arlene, paid a whopping $3 million to buy a 2-bedroom unit on the 51st floor of the luxurious Park Millennium building in Manhattan, where they already own the two adjoining units (1,528 square feet and 878 square feet big), next door. The new 1,284-square-foot apartment has 2.5 bathrooms, split bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and offers amazing views of New York City. This purchase only helps in increasing the already-huge real estate collection that the Aldas have, including their 5,708-square-foot primary residence in the Hamptons.
