John Cusack: ~ $10.3 Million, Malibu
Actor John Cusack made a huge name for himself and dominated Hollywood in the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s, by starring in some of our favorite movies; Serendipity, Con Air, America’s Sweethearts and Must Love Dogs. Although he is not a serial real estate investor, he did sell off his 4,660 square foot Malibu beach house for a cool $10.3 million in 2016. He had bought the 3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom property in 1999 for $2.1 million. The house is walled and gated, has a sea-side deck, huge kitchen, open study, oversized bedrooms, office, gym, dry sauna, and direct access to the sandy beach below.
