Now this is one name which you have not heard in a really long time. Park Overall is an actress and activist, who would also become a US Senate candidate, and a popular one! One of her most popular roles was playing Nurse Laverne in the sitcom Empty Nest and has appeared in movies such as Talk Radio, Biloxi and In the Family. Although she continues to act even today, she pays a lot of attention to her activism, and her pet causes include environmental causes, particularly in East Tennessee, her native place.
