Evanna Lynch stole the show as Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter series of films. She said in an interview that she was a fan of the books, and knew she wanted to portray Luna Lovegood as soon as she was introduced in the books. She went in a casting call, and the rest, as they say, is history. She is currently racking up a steady stream of modest film projects. Since age 11, she reportedly suffered from anorexia nervosa and spent a lot of time in treatment centers for years. She is now working to promote a healthy body image among young girls. A vegan for many years now and a well-known animal rights activist, Lynch showed support to a UK parliament bill banning imports of foie gras.
