Walter Becker – THROAT CANCER
Walter Becker was the co-founder of Steely Dan and passed away in 2016 at just 67. Walter’s co-founder and life-long friend, Donald Fagen remarked that Walter was his friend, writing partner and band-mate. The two met in college way back in the 60’s and formed a college jazz band which included the Community actor Chevy Chase. Becker was one of the legends of country music and will be sorely missed.
