Eddie Murphy: ~ $6.1 Million, Granite Bay
Eddie Murphy, the famous comedian, was married to Mel B, the famous singer, for a short while. They bought this house in the photos located in Granite Bay, which has 17,851 square feet o total space, including the guest residence, and various contemporary luxuries. The house was sold in 2007 after they divorced for around $6.1M.
Eddie moved on to his Hollywood Hills real estate property which was initially bought for about $10 million, but Eddie also reportedly paid another $20M for the overhaul, but the price for this new property is now rumored around $85M.
