Oprah Winfrey has a net worth that amounts to a whopping $3 billion. She has invested in several real estate properties, but her biggest one is her $50-million mansion in California. The 23,000-square-foot property seems to be built like a fortress and it is said that its home insurance cost is probably the largest in the vicinity. She bought almost half of it in the early ‘2000s, and she then splashed another $30 million on an adjacent property.
