Instead of picking up a new swanky place, the Ozark and Arrested Development star picked up a relatively “non-starry” fixer-upper property which is located right next to his newly done up house, which he owns in the hills between Studio City and Beverly Hills in California. The very private, peach-colored home is relatively invisible from the street, sitting pretty on a 0.4-acre piece of land. With a terra-cotta roof, the 2,800 square foot home is a picture and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. There is still no news what Jason plans to do with the place, but we think that he would want to renovate and sell or raze down the place to make way for a new house.
