In the wake of his much-publicized divorce from supermodel Heidi Klum, singer Seal splurged on a sprawling Los Angeles three-storey, solar-powered house as a bachelor pad. It has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a gym, 2 kitchens, and a media room. Not a bad way to start a brand new single life! He moved in in 2012, and he’s stayed there ever since. Seal released his latest album, titled 7, in 2015.
