American beauty and actress Charlize Theron, many years ago, bought herself a beautiful house in Malibu and independently designed for herself an elegant and minimalistic home. The mansion is located directly on the oceanfront and has access to a private beach. Having all that money does come with its own perks, right? The house was eventually purchased by Ryan Murphy, the Glee creator, in 2011 for $6.5 million.
