Unfortunately, the When Doves Cry singer passed away in 2016, leaving behind a $300 million fortune. The only house he ever owned in Beverly Hills was sold in 2014 for about $5.5 million. He had already let it go in 1997 in exchange for $2.2 million. The property features a 7,104-square-foot living space spanning two floors and has a total of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms—including the ones in the guesthouse.
