Tony Burton – Passed Away At Age 78
Tony started out as a star football player and boxer before making it big in the movie industry playing the role of Tony “Duke” Evers in the fabulously famous Rocky film series. Aside from the films, his great boxing skills earned him a solid reputation, lifting the 1957 tate Golden Gloves Heavyweight Championship. Tony battled a fatal bout of pneumonia and passed away at 78 in 2016. Unlike fellow actors Tony never sought fame or attention.
