During the war people all over Britain wore gas masks to protect themselves from toxic gasses that come from air raids. The photo may appear to be weird, but it is just a mother taking her baby on a stroll in a pram that is gas resistant. We wonder if these prams are still available and can be given on loan to mothers of today, since air pollution is really bad.
