Unbelievable Homes of the Most Famous British Stars
Julian Clary: Kent, ~ £3 Million
Comedian Julian Clary has the distinction of living in a postcard-worthy manor in Kent that dates back to the 15th century and it once belonged to the famous playwright Noel Coward. The mullioned glass windows in the £3 million-worth home is just the kind of abode a countryside-lover like Julian wanted, and he bought the property after being egged on by actor Paul O’Grady, who also lives nearby. Clary says that he has always loved Coward’s writing and thinks that he along with 3 other spirits still live in the home. He says that whenever he hangs up any artwork that is too “modern”, it comes crashing down to the floor soon enough!
