And he does not disappoint with a £7.5 million mansion that he purchased just before Christmas of 2017. Another TV biggie sold James this 8,609 square feet, 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom mansion – Steve Levitan, the creator of Modern Family. Set on a 20,000 square foot large plot, the property also comes with beautiful lawns, pool, spa, barbecue area and a fire pit, which can be used to entertain when Corden’s celebrity friends come over.
