Unbelievable Homes of the Most Famous British Stars
Steve Coogan: East Sussex, ~ £3.25 Million
Steve Coogan, of Stan & Ollie and Philomena fame, wants to sell of his 7,400 square foot Tudor-style historical estate, named Ovingdean Grange, for £3.25 million. It is a significant increase from the £2.45 million he paid for the stunning 17th century Grade II mansion in 2011. Sitting on almost an acre of land, Steve’s estate has a 7-bedroom main house with marble fireplaces, servant’s quarters, a 2-bedroom cottage, cinema room, orangery, a billiards room and sprawling and well-manicured gardens. The vine-covered home has been featured in the novel named after the estate, ‘Ovingdean Grange’ in 1860 by writer William Harrison Ainsworth. We will definitely need a huge home loan and an expensive mortgage to get our hands on this one!
