A mini-village is what best describes ‘Shape of You’ hitmaker Ed Sheeran’s Suffolk property and he has already spent £3.7 million acquiring the neighboring houses, just to get himself and his wife some much needed privacy. Ed’s estate now includes Wynneys farmhouse that dates back to the 16th Century, Chestnuts bungalow, Sunnyside house, Wynneys hall and The Poplars, besides a fully functional pub, 4-car garage, chicken coop, a wildlife pond, and a cherry orchard! Not content with just this, there is much speculation that the singer wants to make a kitchen garden, a Victorian-style greenhouse, a mini-padlock, underground music room, a home cinema room and a secret tunnel that connects his pub to the main house! How cool is that?
