All the Stars Who Have Appeared in ‘Happy Days’ – See Where are They Now & What Their Multi-million Dollar Homes Look Like

Happy Days was a television show that kept American audiences ‘happy’ for 11 seasons, ever since it first aired in 1974.  The show’s plot revolved around the character of Richie Cunningham, (played by actor/filmmaker Ron Howard,) and his family and friends. Later on, Cunningham’s best friend, Fonzie became a central character, too.  The show was the start for the long and financially rewarding careers of many stars on this list, allowing them to purchase their own homes, with either their savings from their bank accounts, or helping them qualify for a home equity loan. Let’s take a look at how the stars, both regulars and guests, from your favorite television show are doing today and the real estate properties they have invested their money in…

Ted McGinley (Roger Phillips) – Balboa Island, ~ $3 Million

American viewers best remember Ted McGinley as  Jefferson D’Arcy on the television sitcom Married… with Children, but his first television featured role was that of Roger Phillips in Happy Days. When Richie Cunningham left for the army, Roger Phillips, his cousin, moved into town. At first, Roger was a recurring character in seasons 8 and 9, but later on he was made a regular. One of McGinley’s real estate investments was this 3-bedroom cottage in Balboa Island, California, which he previously lived in but is now renting out for $4,800 a month.  The 1,884 square-foot property could sell for $3 million but the actor has decided to rent it out instead.
