Before Happy Days became a staple television show in American households, there was The Brady Bunch first. Many may not remember that one of the show’s stars, Maureen McCormick aka Marcia Brady, also appeared in a season 2 episode of Happy Days called Cruisin’. She played Hildie, the girl Richie, Potsie and Ralph ran into when they were looking for dates before midnight. Her house may appear modest for a Hollywood star, but the 1,346 square-foot abode in Woodland Hills was only inherited by McCormick, and she wasn’t living in it when it was sold for $635,000.
