Can we just call Michael Waltrip a jack of all trades? The NASCAR drivers is so talented he can do a lot of things than just drive. After retiring from driving, Waltrip became a racing commentator, an author, a pre-race analyst, and he even competed in Dancing with the Stars! Who knew Waltrip was so flexible? Because he has explored different careers aside from driving, he was able to save up some big money to afford this $8 million house! Just like other NASCAR drivers, he chose North Carolina for his home base, somewhere near Lake Norman. The 4,700-square-foot main house in his estate used to be a farm house, but was renovated to have modern flooring and custom painted walls. There is also a huge guest house that is 4,500-square-foot huge! It connects to the pool and spa on the estate.
