Emerson Fittipaldi: ~ $13.8 Million, Florida

Former race car driver Emerson Fittipaldi may hail from Brazil, but that didn’t stop him from setting up base in the United States. His choice of location is Key Biscayne in Florida, perhaps because the weather is somewhat alike in his native Brazil.

Before retiring in 1980, Fittipaldi won the World Championship twice and the Indianapolis 500 once.  He bought his Key Biscayne mansion back in 1992 for $1.7 million, and now it’s worth a whopping $13.8 million!  After renovations, the home now has modern decorations, with its floor-to-ceiling windows giving a great view of the Key Biscayne landscape.  The best features of the home include a gym, a media room, a boat deck, and a self-cleaning pool!
