The house that was used for to introduce the family in the opening montage and scenes in The Brady Bunch is just as iconic as the cast members of the show. The house is actually real and not just a set-up! The split-level ranch, that has 2,477 square feet of living space, was built in the late 1950s and is located in the much sought after and pricey locality of the Studio City community. When the house was put up on the market, HGTV, the American channel that broadcasts shows related to home improvement and real estate, bought it quickly. They promised that they would restore the house to its former 70s glory, including all it’s appliances and furniture.
