Ric Ocasek and Paulina Porizkova: ~ $15.2 Million, New York
The late Ric Ocasek (who was the lead vocalist for the band The Cars) and his model wife, Paulina Porizkova listed their Gramercy Park, New York home after they parted ways in 2017, and the asking price was a staggering $15.2 million. The four-storied brownstone had come up in the 1850s, but was remodeled in 1919 with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, elevator and a recording studio, and had 5,760 square feet of living area. After the sale of this home, Ric moved into his Manhattan townhouse, the same one where he was found dead in September 2019.
