Jim Harbaugh – California Beach House, Estimated $4 Million
Harbaugh who is the University of Michigan’s head coach, picked up a beautiful beach house in Coronado, California for a little more than $4 million. And after renovations and a lot of beautification, he has been renting out his place for $15,000 to $35,000 per month, depending on the season. The 4,650-square-foot house easily accommodates 8 children and 10 adults in its 6 bedrooms and they have 3.5 bathrooms at their disposal. With the beach being a stone’s throw away, the house offers wonderful ocean views while the deck, lawn and patio out back is the perfect place for a family barbecue.
