Brandon Marshall has a happy bank account because he signed a two-year contract with the New York Giants that is said to be worth $12 million. He rents a home in New Jersey, but he used to have a luxurious mansion in Southwest Ranches that had a movie theater and full-sized basketball court. His asking price for the property was $5 million when he finally parted with the gorgeous estate.
