Duchess Kate has always been athletic, which is probably one of the reasons why Prince William fell in love with her. She may not have had a personal trainer or coach to help her join the big leagues when she was younger, but Kate is skilled in playing the very British sport of cricket. She has maintained her form and passion, even after getting married to a prince of England and having three kids.
