Queen Elizabeth has acted proper for so many years, ever since she can remember, probably. She was required to do so, because she was groomed to inherit the throne of England, which is a huge responsibility, of course. The Queen has always worn dresses that are fit for a monarch, attended important events, mingled with the British people regularly, and worn appropriate facial expressions during public outings, for the most part that is. During the 1997 Royal Windsor Horse Show, the monarch was asked a question that did not amuse her, which led to this reaction and a very funny photo.
