Irish cooking queen Rachel Allen who is a celebrity chef known for her television shows and cookbooks. Besides Rachel Allen: Bake! she has regularly appeared on cooking shows on BBC and Good Food Channel. In 2017, she opened her first eatery and just a year later, it got a €1 million revamp. She still regularly writes for major national and international publications and her books have sold more than a million copies worldwide. More recently, Allen returned as a judge on the TV show, The Restaurant, replacing Tom Doorley.
