English actress June Brown passed away in 2022 at the ripe old age of 95. Before she became an actress, she served in the Women’s Royal Naval Service, and then trained at Old Vic School. One of June’s best known roles has been playing the role of Dot Cotton in the long-running Brit soap opera, EastEnders. She had originally joined the cast of the show in 1985 and has since appeared in 2,884 episodes. June gave television her prime years, and in 2017 was earning £300,000 for a year from just EastEnders. She was worth at least £1 million at the time of her death, but her net worth could have been more.
