Actress, TV host and model, Susan Stafford is worth $4 million today but she could have been worth a lot more had she continued to host the show that made her famous, Wheel of Fortune. Susan was the original hostess of the show between 1975 and 1982, before she left and Vanna White took over. She returned to the show in 1986 as substitute host for Vanna. After leaving Wheel of Fortune, Susan, to her credit, went back to school, earned a BA and MA degree and even has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology! She hasn’t left TV for good, as she has been seen on The Hollywood Squares gameshow, and then she also acted in Bracken’s World, Love, Ironside, and Police Story, apart from other TV shows.
