Stand up comic Trevor Noah made the headlines when he said that the real winner of the 2018 Wold Cup was Africa, despite France winning the cup. He made such comment because, as he put it, most of the 23 members of the France team appeared to be of African descent. Because of his comment, football (soccer) fans called him racist. This is actually not surprising, especially when his first one-man comedy show was entitled Trevor Noah: The Racist. His comedy shows, books, and hosting stint on The Daily Show since 2014 has contributed to his currently reported $13 million net worth.
