It was a 4.5-acre ranch in the San Fernando Valley that Patrick Swayze called home. He shared the 3,000 square-foot house with his wife, Lisa. This was where the actor retreated to when he decided to stay away from Hollywood for a little while. The property included a horse corral, a swimming pool, several outbuildings, and the main gable-roofed house that included 4 bedrooms. A few years after the actor’s death, Lisa sold the ranch for $2.9 million, quite to the dismay of Swayze’s family members who wanted to turn the property into a museum dedicated to the late actor’s life.
