Julie Goodyear, 78 Years Old
Award-winning actress Julie Goodyear, MBE no less, is best known for bringing the character of Bet Lynch to life on the long-running TV soap, Coronation Street. She starred on the show between 1966 and 2003, taking a break from it only thrice.
The second time Julie left the show was because of cervical cancer, a diagnosis she only made public once she was cancer-free. Since leaving the show, she has appeared in plenty of reality shows and has also penned her autobiography, Just Julie.
