Microsoft founder and philanthropist Bill Gates is known to lead a humble life, but as he admitted to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, he does often splurge on luxury cars and his collection includes a Ferrari 348, a Jaguar XJ6 and a Porsche 930 Turbo.
But his first big buy right after founding Microsoft was a Porsche 911 supercar and it wasn’t just for show.
