TV host, author, producer and comedian, Joan Rivers, has been around since 1968, with her first TV appearance being on The Tonight Show, which was then hosted by Johnny Carson. Ever since then, because she has always been in the public eye, people have noticed her appearance change over the years, with plastic surgery rumors circulating very early on. Officially, there was no word for Joan confirming or denying these stories, and she continued her hosting duties on TV. She even appeared with her daughter in the reality show Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best? and for the first time, we saw abroad glimpse of her without any make up on. We have to say, the late actress does look very different without any trace of cosmetics on her.
