Jane Hill – Married to Sara Shepard (~ 13 Years)
One of BBC News’ most recognized faces is that of long-time newsreader Jane Hill, who has covered everything from 9/11 to the Obama inauguration. In 2009, Jane came out of the closet and in 2011, she wed her live-in girlfriend Sara Shepard in a civil ceremony after dating for 3 years.
Sara is a TV camerawoman and probably met Jane because of her job. In 2021, Jane was officially declared cancer-free, and the tough times for the couple were over. Sara’s own mom was diagnosed with cancer the same time as Jane.
