While the Netflix show Money Heist made his character of The Professor a huge international favorite, actor Álvaro Morte had already worked for many years in the Spanish movie and television industry. Morte pines for his lover in the show, but in real life, he’s a happily married man.
It is not known how and when this very private couple first met, but they did work together to establish their own theatre company.
